Feeling bad right now…

Today I couldn’t fast… My morning was pretty good… I didn’t eat till lunch but then I started craving and then I felt bad and tried to purge but I couldn’t and now I’m feeling so so bad about myself… I’m telling this because I think that the most important thing is to know that sometimes this shit happens and that’s normal. You have to try your best but if one day you fail, that’s okay, next day you’ll try harder.

Tomorrow I’ll start the GALAXY DIET! I have heard that is really effective… Are you in or nah?
